Sarah Cottingham, RDH

Sarah Cottingham, CEO of BCS Leadership, LLC, comes from a 25 year background in dentistry. Starting in dentistry as a dental assistant, then attending Northern Arizona University and began practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1991. From Dental Hygiene Sarah found her way into the business of the dentistry by managing a successful multi-doctor practice while continuing to practice dental hygiene part time. Sarah successfully helped business owners acquire struggling practices and transition them into profit centers. In continuing her commitment to success, Sarah assisted the owners with the building of the businesses into predictable, successful dental enterprises. After which Sarah realized her capacity to inspire change and produce results led to the partnership with Patty Hill-Collins, Sarah’s business partner. After the recent passing of her partner, Sarah continues to forge ahead with the business of providing medical and dental practices the “Success Structures” that ensure the business owners largest asset is growing into a self sufficient, thriving and sustainable business.

Valorie Hill, RDH

Leadership Coach

Valorie Hill, Leadership Coach & Hygiene Success Director, has a long and dedicated career as a Registered Dental Hygienist, graduating from Ferris State College in Michigan in 1971. Valorie’s personal experience with practicing dental hygiene at a level of mastery allows her to speak to her fellow colleagues’ in a way of ’what the possibility is’ instead of analyzing the aspects of the department that are not working or will never work. From the immense background of conservative periodontal therapies including Laser Assisted therapies and the Perioscope, Valorie always finds a way to ignite the passion in hygiene departments that have hit the wall. Valorie’s ability to walk the talk in the arena of a hygiene department allows Valorie the ability to get into relationship quickly and show stellar results that will maintain themselves over time.

Meegan Hubbard, RDH

Hygiene Success Coach

Leadership Coach & Hygiene Success Coachbrings a passion for educating to BCS Leadership. She started her career path with a Bachelor Degree in Education from the University of Iowa and taught for several years before transitioning into the field of dentistry. Meegan has been working in dentistry for over 10 years, starting as a dental assistant and then graduating from Rio Salado as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2004. Since then, she has taken extensive training with dental lasers and countless hours of continuing education in the area of periodontal health and disease to allow her to practice at a level of mastery. Meegan combines her background in teaching with her highly successful clinical results to inspire hygiene teams to reach their ultimate potential in providing only the most excellent care possible.
